We offer worldwide shipping for our physical products, including artwork, prints, and canvases. No matter where you are located, we strive to make our products available to you. Currently, we do not have any restrictions on shipping destinations, and we deliver to almost every country around the globe.

2. Shipping Methods

We work with trusted shipping partners such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. The shipping method will be selected based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment at every stage.

3. Processing Time

  • Processing time for physical orders is typically 1-3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • For custom orders or orders requiring personalization, processing may take 3-5 business days depending on the complexity of the request.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. If we experience delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

4. Shipping Time

The time it takes to receive your order depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. On average, shipping times are:

  • Domestic (India): 3-7 business days
  • International (Outside India): 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country

Please note that customs processing and import regulations may cause delays for international shipments. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot control delays caused by customs inspections or other external factors.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, the weight of the product(s), and the shipping method chosen. You will be able to review and confirm the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

  • Lost Packages: If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking down the issue, and in the event that it is confirmed lost, we will provide a refund or replacement as per our policy.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to help you monitor its journey. You can track the shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please double-check that all information provided during checkout is correct, including the shipping address and contact information. Wallartwave.com is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

10. Shipping Restrictions

While we ship globally, there may be some restrictions on shipments to certain countries due to legal, political, or shipping carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you immediately and cancel your order with a full refund.
