RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the process for returning physical products in the event they are damaged during transportation. Please read it carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return

We offer a 7-day return policy for physical products in case the item is damaged during transportation. If your product is physically damaged upon arrival, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement.

Please Note:

  • Digital products, once delivered and downloaded, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Returns are only accepted for physical products damaged during transit and not for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product design.

2. How to Request a Return for Damaged Items

If your physical product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the Product Upon Arrival: We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery to identify any damage.

  2. Contact Us Within 7 Days: If you find the item damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Send an email to support@wallartwave.com with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Photographs of the damaged product (including packaging, if applicable)
    • A brief description of the damage
  3. Return Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will review the issue and send you instructions on how to return the damaged item. We will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

3. Conditions for Return

For a return to be eligible:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories (if applicable).
  • The damage must be a result of transit (e.g., the product arrived broken, scratched, or with clear signs of mishandling during shipping).
  • The item must not have been used or altered in any way.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will process your refund or replacement request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Refunds: You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the damaged product, excluding shipping costs (unless the damage occurred due to our error).
  • Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will ship the same item (if available) at no additional cost.

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the product was damaged during transportation, Wallartwave.com will cover the cost of return shipping. You will be provided with a prepaid return label to send the damaged item back to us.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital Products: Once delivered and downloaded, digital art products are non-refundable.
  • Products Damaged by Misuse or Customer Negligence: If the product has been damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer error, it will not be eligible for return or refund.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a damaged product for a different item, we will issue a refund for the returned item, and you will need to place a new order for the replacement product.
