We offer a 7-day return policy for physical products in case the item is damaged during transportation. If your product is physically damaged upon arrival, you can return it within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement.

Return Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will review the issue and send you instructions on how to return the damaged item. We will either offer a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the damage, we will process your refund or replacement request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

If the product was damaged during transportation, Wallartwave.com will cover the cost of return shipping. You will be provided with a prepaid return label to send the damaged item back to us.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a damaged product for a different item, we will issue a refund for the returned item, and you will need to place a new order for the replacement product.
